In this section you will find the main indications to exhibit at the RPM – Racing Professional Motor Show.

1 – FIRST STEP

Asking to the Motor Show Exhibition Organizing - GL events Italia – the original documentation (on the box Download you can find the  documents). The organization is to evaluate the bearing of the applying Company following the product category of the exhibition.

2 – REGISTRATION

a - Application Form:

It is the contract where are indicated the rates of participation. It must be filled up in each part by the company interested in exhibiting.
Two copies must be sent back by mail or courier to GL events Italia S.p.A., filled up, postmarked and signed for acceptance.

b - General Conditions of Participation at the exhibition:

It is the General Regulations for the RPM – Racing Professional Motor Show. It must be re-sent to GL events Italia S.p.A., signed and postmarked, together with the Application Form, which is indissoluble integral part; the Application Form is not valid if lacking of the relating Conditions copy.

3 – RULES AND FORMS

When you will be registered as Exhibitors you should download (from the Download box) the Technical Regulations for Exhibiting and Various Forms Booklet where you’ll find the forms for the application of the furnishings (electric, water, phone connection ecc ecc.)
The forms must be sent by respecting dates and references indicated in each one.
